In recent times, active users of telegram have witnessed the launch of many crypto mining mini-apps claiming to reward users without “doing much work”.Novum.AI Agent is one of the recently launched mini-apps on the platform that is seriously making wave on social media and amongst people who like online earning opportunities, so I thought it wise to check it out and possibly offer my own take regarding the legitimacy of the project.
It’s been quite a long while since I started making publications like this but one thing that has remained a fact till date is, most miniapps or earning bots on telegram are not usually as good as they claim to be. I don’t know if it’s due to the flexibility of the platform but it’s quite rare to see any genuine project get built on the social messaging platform.
The reason I’m saying this is that, after checking out Novum.AI Agent, I discovered it’s a potentially fraudulent platform as I had earlier envisaged. Well, in case you’re wondering why I said so, that’s the point of this article. We will be highlighting some of the major areas that you as an intending participant must bear in mind or take note of before you proceed.
However, before we dive right into that part, it is better to briefly introduce the platform so people who are just getting to know about it from this publication would have a generic idea of what is being talked about.
What’s Novum.AI Agent?
Most people call all projects on telegram “bot” but this is actually a mini-app built on telegram that claims to reward users with USDT for mining. Upon sign up, they claim to reward users with an initial coin that will enable the user generate cryptocurrency that can be withdrawn.
According to the information on their dashboard, users stand a chance of earning up to $0.30 cents per month by mining for free. I mean, just for onboarding and claiming the free coins given. But when you analyse it, $0.30 per month isn’t something anyone would care about under normal circumstances.
What most people will ask or ponder on when they hear such figures is, How can they earn more? Or is there is a possibility of earning more? But earning more takes more than just onboarding/signing up.
Social Media VS Reality
At first, I felt the need to check the platform out when I saw numerous writeups endorsing it. I mean, I saw some big and medium influencers saying it’s possible to earn money for free from the platform by just “mining” and all that.
Therefore, I Jumped in with that mentality but after checking it out, the line between what is on social media and real life got thinner. I discovered a few important things that most social media influencers hide from their potential referrals and they are as follows;
Novum.AI Agent is NOT Free
Honestly speaking, as someone who has had profound experience with earning platforms and a heavy telegram user, I was actually not too excited about checking out the platform. Reason being that most telegram miniapps are either there to make you watch endless ads without being paid in the end or they’re out to scam you as in, steal from the little you have.
Novum AI agent falls under the latter category. They intentionally have a so called free mining arrangement that is literally worthless but the main plan is to subtly force users to upgrade their accounts or top up their wallets to boost mining rate which ends up putting the users at risk of incurring financial losses. So contrary to what some people claim on social media, it’s in fact, not a free earning mini-app.
If you want to earn anything tangible, you would have to deposit at least $3 and above to the account on the app in order to have a boosted mining rate.
Referral Based Nature
Another choice you have is to refer people. As someone who has plans of joining or participating, bear in mind that you’re left with only two choices. Top up your account to enjoy boosted mining rate or Refer a lot of users. The reason why it’s being promoted by influencers is primarily because of the referral incentives in place for them.
Since everyone is left with just two choices which I’ve mentioned, most influencers who have the means to build a large team, now resort to marketing the platform massively to compensate for the deposit they don’t want to make. Why is this a disservice to you as a normal user with no immediate means to build a team? It’s a serious disservice to you cause you won’t be able to earn anything tangible except you decide to take the unwise risk of depositing your own money.
Hence, the platform is not as good as they make it seem. A lot is hidden behind the long advertorials and payment screenshots and honestly, I don’t really blame the influencers that much. People spend so much time on their phones these days, so anything capable of fetching them some money is heavily sought after.
Less Transparent Customer Support
This is actually one of the major deal breakers whenever it comes to earning platforms. Any platform with no direct or transparent way to reach their customer support representatives, I rarely take them seriously. Reason is, most of them are fraudulent in nature. In the case of Novum AI, they have a bot where you type in your concerns and wait for an “operator” to come attend to you.
My problem with this system is that, it’s less transparent and most times, users won’t get any true help from the support team. Imagine depositing your money into a Mini-app that you can’t even reach directly when you have little issues or encounter difficulties… doesn’t really make much financial sense.
Final Verdict
Novum.AI agent is a scam in the waiting. It’s paying some people for now but the inevitable end will certainly happen. Platforms that require deposit from users in order to reward them with more money are usually fraudulent and in the long run, it will be glaring for everyone to see and if you’re not careful, you’d end up being one of the victims.

Therefore, I’m telling you now that, it is highly risky to join the platform let alone spending a dime on it. Some influencers go as far as encouraging users to top up but this is a call for you not to heed to that advice. If you end up incurring losses, the same people who advised you to top up will not be there to console you — when they’ve already made good profit from your participation.
