I was made to believe by people on social media that Voice Earn was the best thing ever; that I could earn without having to stress myself but to just sit in my room, complete tasks and record my voice to an AI. However, after sign up and upgrading my account to the first plan, I discovered that the reality is actually different from social media.
So in this article, I’m going to be revealing some of the key disappointing things that happened after I made the not-so-easy decision to upgrade my account with 1,500 naira from my hard earned money. If you have seen writeups on social media about voice earn, then you would agree with me when I say that most of them are super catchy and enticing. I wonder how much the influencers are being paid to sugarcoat the platform so much.
But this article isn’t going to be sugar coating it especially now that I’ve tested it myself and even count the money spent on it as lost. Well, first things first, lets talk about what voice earn claims to be and then compare and contrast it with the reality I.e. What is obtainable on ground.
What is Voice Earn, & How Does It Work?
Voice Earn claims to be a platform that rewards users for completing simple tasks and recording their voices while reading out sentences. As a matter of fact, the participants often make it seem as if you stand to earn so much money by doing something as simple as reading English sentences showing on the screen and letting their imaginary AI record your voice and all that.
The platform also offers many other earning methods such as task completion, sponsored post sharing and of course, the referral program — which happens to be at the centre of everything or better put the main motivation for the numerous posts being shared on social media about the platform.
I believe most of you reading this article have already been told about the platform severally either through word-of-mouth or read some of the catchy writeups i mentioned earlier on social media pages. So there’s no apparent need to start introducing the platform’s features all over again. Let’s get straight into business.
But before we do that, I like to mention that, the motivating factor for the numerous writeups you see on social media is the referral program. Voice Earn has a tiered referral program where referrers get rewarded based on the amount their downlines spend on the platform to upgrade account.
Hence, the writeups you see are not borne out of genuine love for the platform or convenience but from a place of greed or quest to maximise the referral incentives put in place by the platform.
What I Noticed After Sign Up
After creating an account on Voice Earn, I was allowed to gain entrance into the main interface, where I saw the various features such as earn, sales, wallet etc. I clicked on the earn page and saw a number of things to be done in order to earn from the platform.
I saw the tasks section showing 26 available and the sponsored posts as well as the voice Earn and word game task. In fact, everything seemed okay.
The next page I checked was the withdrawal page. I saw that the minimum threshold for engagement balance is 1,000 Naira prior to upgrading my account and all that. I felt good since most similar platforms tend to have much higher threshold.
What Changed After Upgrading My Account
However, to my greatest dismay, everything literally changes the moment I upgraded my account to the first plan which costs around 1,500 Naira. Everything changed on the dashboard.
I rushed back to the earn tab to complete the numerous available tasks, only to meet just 2 tasks available and when I checked the so-called word game and voice Earn, they somehow didn’t work saying I had to grant them access to use microphone. I tried all I could to grant voice Earn access to my device microphone to no avail.
Meaning, I was left with just two tasks and the sponsored posts greatly limiting my income capacity. After a while, I did the maths and discovered that it would take me a very long time to even reach the 1,000 Naira minimum withdrawal amount with the amounts being displayed on the task page and the sponsored posts section not knowing the elephant in the room was yet to be unveiled.

I checked the withdrawal page again and the 1k minimum withdrawal had changed to 6,500 Naira. Meaning, I would have to struggle for a very long time to even be able to make my first withdrawal from the site without having to refer and instantly, it dawned on me that voice earn was running a deceitful scheme.
What Does It Mean for You?
It means that, if you should create an account and upgrade based on what you were told by influencers, you will just end up dashing your money to some random individuals behind the platform and also, some part of it to whoever referred you to join.
Reason being that, a part of the money spent by you, the downline is automatically split into two, a part of it is being paid to the referrer on a daily basis and a part is kept or held by the administrators of the platform. Why did I say so? Well, it’s due to the fact that, the minimum withdrawal for sales or referral commission is 1,000 Naira but the threshold for tasks completion is higher and can even get higher depending on your level i.e. the plan you upgraded to.
Therefore, your chances of making any withdrawal from the platform without referring anyone judging from the high threshold and the low earning capacity is very low.
Hence, if you can’t refer, I wouldn’t advise you to participate just because some influencer who’s after his or her own pocket is telling you to join or you may end up incurring significant financial losses.
Is Voice Earn Legit Or Scam?
Based on what we’ve discussed so far, I wouldn’t call Voice Earn a legit platform. It is designed in a deceptive way and it’s only rewarding to referrers. Therefore, if you can’t refer, there is actually no point joining or upgrading your account to any tier as the chances of even reaching the threshold is very low.

Is it scam though? Voice earn can’t be outrightly called a scam but it’s not the kind of platform you should join IF you don’t have any means to build a team. Most people promoting the platform and could even cut my head if given the chance cause of this publication are all influencers seeking to earn the most from the referral rewards at the expense of their downlines.
So it’s not a question of whether Voice earn is legit or not, it’s more about whether you can withdraw anything from it without referring anyone and that’s the question you should always ask anyone trying to convince you to join the platform.
Key Red Flags of Voice Earn
Here is a summary of the red flags of Voice earn and why I’m rating it 2/10;
- Terrible Earn Rate
- Poor loading webpage, the navigation is terrible.
- Unreasonably high minimum withdrawal threshold
- Deceptive
Conclusion
Voice Earn might be paying a few individuals but beneath the praises are a group of people who are probably regretting participating in platform having seen how it works. If you can’t refer, steer clear for your own good.
