For some weeks now, what’s been trending on social media is the Milo Text and Win Promo but somehow, most people still remain oblivious of the promotion. Hence, the reason why I’ve decided to talk about the promotion extensively via a blog publication to inform people who are not yet onboard with what’s going on.

As the name implies, it’s a promotion being done by Nestlė to encourage more users to buy 20g Milo sachets. What you are expected to do is, look out for the stated sachet with the text and win promo caption on the body.
Once you’re done using the main contents, you will find a unique code written inside the disposable sachet. Write it down or type it into your device, dial the short code (*8011*4#) on your device and follow the prompts to submit the code.
Each unique code submitted serves as an entry into the draw. Once submitted, you stand a chance of winning airtime, cash or ultimately, one of the cars.
Therefore, you just have to keep using the beverage and submitting as many codes as possible to raise your chances of winning one of the tangible prizes or at least winning airtime.
How to Participate (Step-by-step guide)
Immediately you have the code, dial *8011*4# on your line. It works on all the major mobile networks available in the country. You will be shown a welcome message as shown in the screenshot below
Enter 1 to accept (you will be charged 10 naira by your service provider) then on the next page after you’ve been charged, you will be asked to enter 99 to proceed to the third stage.
After entering 99, you will be taken to the main page to submit the unique code gotten from your Milo sachet. Enter the code accurately and submit.
You will asked to enter your full name i.e. First and Last name. This is very important as that’s the name they will call you if you’re lucky to win any major prize.
The next step will request for your state to know your exact location. Simply enter your state. If you’re from Abia State, just type Abia and submit.
Finally, they will seek consent to call you in case you win. Make sure you consent to that in order not to miss your prize.
That’s it! The code will be submitted as an entry to the draw. All you have to wait afterwards is sit, wait and hope that they call you for a prize or if you’re not so lucky, airtime will be credited to the line you used in dialing the code. Don’t use someone’s phone otherwise your car may be given to the person LOL😂
Who is Eligible for the Promo?
According to the information curated from the official Milo publication regarding the ongoing promo, all Nigerians aged 18 and above are eligible and welcome to participate as long as they purchase the 20g Milo.
However, if you’re a Nigerian outside the country, you’re automatically not eligible for the promo as it’s for both Nigerian indigenes and residents. You must reside in the country to participate.
How Long Milo Text & Win Promo Will Last
The promo didn’t just start recently. It’s been ongoing for more than a month… Having started in July and slated to end on the 30th of September, 2026.
We’re still in August at the time of writing this article, so if you’re just getting to know about the promo, I’d say you’re just Time as most promotions tend to get more rewarding towards the ending than in the beginning (purely my observation)
